Susan has held several executive management positions during her twenty-five years of experience. She has seven years in executive leadership coaching and business services, five years in Vendor Management Solutions, eleven years in Staffing services and eight years in general business administration. Susan founded QuadWest Associates which delivers executive leadership and business coaching services, Leadership and Family Abundance seminars and motivational speaking.

As a strategic leader in creating TechCentral, she was instrumental in bringing the owners together to create a new joint venture and establish the infrastructure foundation to operate the company. Susan’s process leadership and business strategy skills led the team that continues to deliver customer satisfaction and generate nearly $20 million of cost savings to the client. Ms. West is known as a leader in building collaboration with the customer, the suppliers and their contract service personnel.

Susan has served in strategic management and executive leadership positions with TechCentral, LLC, MSX International, Hawtal Whiting, Inc and General Motors Corporation. She was responsible for the opening of an office in Mexico City, Mexico as General Director for MSX International increasing revenue and generating profitability within its first year of operation. She went on to become Vice President of the Midwest region opening 5 branch offices representing $11 million in revenue growth within 2 years.

Ms. West received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Alma College. She also holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Susan has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. She resides in Troy, Michigan with her husband, Bill and two sons, Mark and James.
